Customer Reviews
Most of the work we do comes from somebody we've worked for before, or somebody they told. We don't take that lightly. Here's what those folks said, in their words.

“Excellent company! Our roof had been leaking due to a previous contractor doing a really bad job. Also, the chimney flashing was done wrong as well. Jeremiah of Schrock Roofing identified the issues, showed us pictures (before and after) gave an excellent quote for all repairs and performed all the work. We are VERY happy with all of it. Thank you Schrock Roofing. This is how a good business works and stays relevant. Great communication, quote, work performed and excellent customer service. Way to go Schrock! Super happy customer over here. ๐๐ฏ”

“We have worked with Schrock Roofing and Schrock Construction for the past 13 years. They have built a Guest House for us along with roofing it and also did the roofing on our home and business buildings. They did an excellent job on all that they have done for us and the crews that came out were respectful to us and our property. It was a pleasure to have them do the work for us. William Schrock along with Ed Brenneman are two of the most ethical, kind people we know. They put their customers first and do the right thing for them. I also want to mention Glen Byler who heads up Schrock Roofing. He as well is always kind and responds immediately to any issue that we may have with our roofing. We are thankful to have them in the valley!”

“The roof job done by them is fantastic! They were fast and fixed damages that we didn’t see under the old roof. They were conscientious about watching out for our pets. They cleaned up so well around the house it was better than when they started. I will definitely hire them to do some of my other properties.”

“I recently had Schrock Roofing repair some wind damage to my home roof. I am very pleased with the work and results of that work. Brenden Gragg did a thorough job of inspection and an excellent job of repair. I cannot even discern where the damage was located. Thank you for a job well done.”

Read Reviews With a Purpose
Choose a topic to see which review details can help you ask better questions before hiring a roofing contractor.
Useful feedback explains whether questions were answered, the scope was understandable, schedule changes were communicated, and changes were approved before the work moved forward.
Look for specifics about access, landscaping, debris, daily cleanup, vehicles, pets, occupants, and whether the crew treated the property like an active home or business.
The strongest feedback connects the result to a roof system, problem, repair, replacement, restoration, material decision, or finished detail—not vague praise alone.
Look for completion communication, a response to concerns, repeat work, and whether the customer would confidently hire or recommend the contractor again.
Connect Feedback to Real Work
A residential shingle replacement and a commercial membrane repair test different crews, details, schedules, and project controls. Ask for verified examples that resemble your roof and scope.
Do the Due Diligence
Customer feedback matters, but it cannot replace a roof-specific scope, current credentials, written terms, and a clear plan for your property.
Prioritize detailed experiences over a rating alone.
Look for patterns across several customers and sources.
Ask for work similar to your roof, building, and scope.
Bring repeated review themes into the proposal conversation.
Confirm scope, contacts, exclusions, and terms in writing.
